Our mission is to empower vulnerable children and communities in Cameroon by providing access to quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities. We envision a future where every child in Cameroon can thrive regardless of their circumstances.
Why Douala
Douala is the largest city in Cameroon, home to over 3 million people and to some of the country deepest pockets of urban child poverty. Working here lets us serve children at scale while staying close to government, partners, and the communities we serve.
Our focus areas
We deliver impact across four interconnected pillars that address the root causes of poverty.
- Health mobile clinics, vaccinations, nutrition, and clean water
- Education school fees, supplies, tutoring, scholarships, and vocational training
- Empowerment leadership training, career coaching, mentorship, and micro-business support
- Employment skills training, apprenticeships, and job placement with local employers
Our approach
We take a holistic and sustainable approach. Every child receives a tailored plan across our programs, and we work in close partnership with local communities to ensure lasting change. Equity, inclusivity, and community involvement are at the heart of everything we do.

We work with a network of over 100 local employers, community organizations, and government agencies to maximize our impact. Together, we create pathways from poverty to opportunity that no single organization could build alone.
